　　HuaDa Chemical Group Co., Ltd (HuaDa Chem), the former YanTai HuaDa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, was established on February 8th, 1993. HuaDa Chem used to be a Joint venture of DIC and YanTai Wanhua Synthetic Leather Co., Ltd. We restructured to be a private enterprise on September 30th, 2004 and renamed as HuaDa Chemical Group.

　　We are the high-tech Chemical material company whom mass produce PU resin, and gain the certification of ISO9001 quality system in China. Currently, our Group covered the R&D, production and sale of solvent-based synthetic leather, environmental-friendly PU, microcellular polyurethane elastomer (MPUE), Polyester Polyol (PEPA), Water-based synthetic leather, and water-based high-performance leather, environment-friendly PU adhesive and thermoplastic PU (TPU). The total production capacity is 450 kilotons annually.

　　Since we restructured in 2004, HuaDa Cham inputs our domestic and international strategic layout stage by stage. In the domestic aspect, Based on the continual production capacity expanding in YanTai headquarter, our Group established many subsidiary companies in customer gathering places like Lishui in Zhejiang Province, Changshu in JiangSu province and Suzhou in AnHui province. Currently, we have six subsidiary companies, which contain Zhejiang HuaDa Resin Co, Ltd, JiangSu HuaDa New material Co, Ltd, YanTai Daocheng chem Co, Ltd, HuaDa Chem (YanTai) Co, Ltd, HuaDa Chem (AnHui) Co, Ltd, as well as Shandong HuaDa New Material Co, Ltd. We are also continuity establishing and enhancing a comprehensive and effective market system and a selling network, which have already covered the Circum-Bohai Sea region and the Yangtze Delta Zone as well. Our group, meanwhile, expends the international market positively. We have established commercial intercourse with South America, Mid-Asia, South-East Asia and European organizations. In the year 2006, we gain the title of "Cultural Construction Advanced Enterprise of Shandong Province Light Textile and Tobacco Labor Union System" in November 2007. We have been awarded as "New High-tech Enterprise of Shandong Province" by Shandong Science and Technology Department in October 2008. In June of 2009, we award the honor of "The Sample Organization in The Aspect of The Cultural Construction of Shandong Light Industry System, The Seventh Batch". In the year 2011, our water-borne synthetic leather renovation project has been listed in the "Major Technical Renovation Project" by China Economy and Information Technology Commission. In the same year, "HuaDa Chem" awarded "Famous Trademark of Shandong Province". We, as well as, has been certificated as "The Eighth Consumer Satisfaction Unit of YanTai city" in October of the same year. In 2012, we gain the title of "National Top 10 Leather Chemical enterprise". In 2013, we have been certificated as "Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise of YanTai". China Polyurethane Industry Association, in 2014, awarded the honor of "The Glorious 20 years of China PU Industry – the Model Enterprise of Growth" to HuaDa Chem. In the year of 2016, HuaDa Chem has awarded the title of "Consultant Enterprise" by Wenzhou PU Leather Chamber of Commerce.
